For business Customers, a signed order form or specific agreement prevails over these terms, which prevail over a Customer’s standard terms. The Data Processing Agreement applies where ALLM processes personal data on the Customer’s behalf. The SLA is binding only when included in the subscribed plan or a written agreement.
